Event Brand Design
Target’s Marketing’s Got Talent (MGT+) is a massive, five-month talent extravaganza for over 1,000 team members. Each year, this high-energy event features a fresh idea that’s woven throughout all marketing materials. This year, we celebrated the ‘Everyday Superhero’ within every Target team member. Our action-packed concept captured the excitement and spirit of heroism, creating a buzz throughout the entire event series, from the launch to the monthly
mini-events and the grand finale.
My role was to:
- Conceptualise with lead copywriter on over-arching idea
- Lead and direct a team of 5 designers to create the visual language
- Plan and oversee large scale prints and high volumes of digital assets
- Plan milestones with the larger team and ensure deadlines were met for the 5 months
- Collaborate with larger CFT
- Present work to larger team and leadership
