Zamp simplifies complex sales tax compliance for growing eCommerce and SaaS businesses. Combining a rooftop-accurate engine with veteran auditor expertise, Zamp provides a fully managed solution including 99.9% reliable filings and white-glove onboarding. The goal was to position Zamp as a knowledgeable, pragmatic, and approachable sales tax partner.

Concept

Our identity centers on the Knight, symbolizing a "Tax Ally" and "Compliance Shield." As the only non-linear chess piece, the Knight represents Zamp’s ability to leapfrog complex obstacles that stymie legacy providers. Illustrations use isometric grids to show structural intent with the knight and while also giving it a face that builds trust, positioning Zamp as an intelligent, protective guardian of the client’s business.
