Project Overview
Target’s Marketing’s Got Talent (MGT+) is a massive, five-month talent extravaganza for over 1,000 team members. Each year, this event features a fresh theme that is woven through all marketing materials. In 2022, as we were emerging from the pandemic, the ask was to use MGT+ as a way to encourage people to return to the office. We needed a visual theme that was energizing enough to facilitate that return.
Concept
This year, we celebrated the "Everyday Superhero" within every Target team member. Our action-packed theme captured the excitement and spirit of heroism, creating a buzz throughout the entire event series—from the launch and monthly mini-events to the grand finale. We created a visual identity that was inspired by the bold energy of graphic art, elevated to appeal to a broad demographic ranging from ages 20 to 50.
